POLICIES
The Cabins at Camp Oty'Okwa are open year-round.
Please note that Rules and Policies are subject to change without notice.
Check-in is 3:00 pm or after. Arrangements will be made with guests prior to their arrival to go directly to the cabin
or lodge that they have reserved. Check-out is 11:00 am.
No minimum stay.
Pets are no longer permitted; if you are renting a cabin at Camp Oty'Okwa, please DO NOT bring your pet.
Smoking is permitted outside of cabins and lodges ONLY in designated areas.
Campfires may be built only in designated fire rings. Firewood CAN NOT BE TRANSPORATED INTO HOCKING COUNTY due to the infestation threat of the Emerald Ash Borer. For information about the Emerald Ash Borer, please click on Firewood Restictions. Bundles of wood are available at camp for $5 per bundle and will be charged to your credit after your stay.
By law, Senate Bill 321 passed June 2008, the camp is required to provide separation of guests in the rental units from youth groups staying in our central camp area. Guests staying in Venard Cabin, Coultrap Lodge and Cardinal Lodge DO NOT have use of our private hiking trails or use of our facilities.
NO Hunting Policy - For the protection of guests, Camp Oty'Okwa does not allow on-site weapons, guns, paint ball or explosives.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Please have your credit card available when you place your online reservation. A deposit is required at this time. Your credit card will be charged for the deposit, which is the higher of either $50 or 25% of your total. (In special cases, we may be able to make arrangements to pay the deposit by check. Please call the Camp Assistant at 614-839-2447, ext. 112.)

by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio. Credit cards are processed through Kintera by
Big Brothers Big Sisters and credit card statements
will reflect as such.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel at any time due to inclement weather, your deposit will not be refunded.
Absolutely no cancellations for any reason will be accepted 2 days or less prior to the reservation date. The full fee for your stay will be charged to your credit card and will not be refundable.
In addition, all cancellations 14 days or less prior to the reservation date (regardless of reason, including inclement weather) require
50% of the total price. This amount will be charged to your credit card and will not be refundable.
Cancellations 15 days or more prior to your reservation date (regardless of reason) require a
$20 processing fee, which will be charged to your credit card.
